Sandy Strohm, Manager of Relocation Properties, is a life-long resident of Westchester and Putnam counties. Her powerful managerial and organizational skills from past positions and her strong knowledge of real estate from working in the Houlihan Lawrence Yorktown office, are all assets to her position.
Sandy is the primary contact for all listing referrals with relocation management companies, corporate clients and banks/reo foreclosure management companies. She partners with Houlihan Lawrence listing agents to provide the best possible customer service throughout the sales transaction.
Sandy is a Licensed Sales Associate in New York State. She holds her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York.
